In the USA alone, there are 5.5 million commercial buildings 50,000 square feet or less in size, representing 94% of all commercial buildings. An astonishing 87% of these buildings have no Building Automation System (BAS). Nosy fills this gap, providing a fractional approach to BAS implementation that's perfect for smaller buildings with limited budgets.
